I am doing the TSPA life style change, but I have some questions.
I am on the road everyday 10-12 hours a day except Saturdays and Sundays.
I would like to figure out different things to pack with me to stay on the plan.
I pack chicken with brocolli, I take can tuna and cheese sticks.. etc.
For the sweet tooth, I place chocolate protein powder with plain yogart and little penut butter, but
I could use a change for that as well.
After a week of that you crave new items. I have also boiled eggs I will eat one or two whole and then
just eat the whites.
HELP!! if any one can toss me some ideas.
