This spring i'm going on a 3 week cycling trip though europe. (Mostly France.)
this trip will include manny long days of cycling. sounds like fun huh?
well i know this is supposed to work against my physical goals of getting more muscle and less body fat.
but i cant help but hope that all this physical effort could be (although less efficient) helpful.
what would be the best approach. in order to maintain/(dare i hope gain) muscle and lose fat.
i've been told these prolonged hours of cardio need a lot of carbs. but that could be bad... could it?
right now i'm on Glad do you think that will work for cycling 8 hours a day.
any thoughts are appreciated
