As i am looking through all these forums, i keep seeing people talk about that they calculated so many grams of fat that were needed to do a certain diet. And i was wondering where can i find a gadget that will calculate how much fat i need to intake for the MANS diet. It says high fat and high protein diet but i am not sure how much fat is considered high fat. So if anyone could help me out i would greatly appreciated it.
