I put a hidden carb item on livestrong

I added a food item that represents one carb, so you can add a carb or a 1/2 to your daily plate. Either look for "hidden carb" or click here:

You might want to change the calorie value to 0, because the calories listed on the food will be correct, just not the carb count. The caloric value is partly how you find hidden carbs. If the fat and protein don't add up to the total calories, what's left over is hidden carb. So you'd be overestimating your calories if you include calories for the hidden carb entry.

But not by much, of course, unless you're adding 25 hidden carbs or something! :lol:
