It's not too hard on MANS either; just weigh yourself first thing in the morning (when you're usually dehydrated); and at least for me, any extra water or glycogen seems to be out of me within 24 hours of ending a carb-up (and they are serious carb-ups). Everybody's different, but this gives me very consistent readings every morning (exactly 170 for about three weeks
