That's pretty much what I'm doing at this point. Should be able to achieve ketosis at 60g of carbs - it works on TSPA so there's no real reason it should break itself eating more fat and protein. Only on week 2 but so far so good - and the damn ketostix still turn color.
I'm starting a new cycle tomorrow and was going to use GLAD (I've ben 'practicing' with it during this off week) because of the extremely-restrictive 30g max carb limit of MANS. As I wrote in the TSPA forum, the diet part of TSPA is sort of like a weight-loss version of GLAD with some MANS theory as well (sorry folks, you'll have to get TSPA for the details), but that doesn't necessarily mean the higher-fat MANS diet works at 60g carbs. Now that you're more than a month into it, how's it going?
