Less Carbs than suggested in TSPA, any consequences?

Postby Fagor on Tue Aug 09, 2011 9:10 am

Hi, My name is fagor, I'm a 48 year old newbie -just started TSPA on monday- and I have a question about the minimum amouny of carbs.

I used to do Atkins and had no problem with the maximum of 20 gram carbs a day. With the TSPA I try to get to 60 grams a day but it seems a lot and I find it much more comfortable to take just 40-50 grams a day. Can anyone tell me if there are any consequences when I stick to this amount of carbs, or is 60 grams of carbs a day just a guideline to reduce the hunger?

A second question I have is about Cod and Pollock, It seems these are great Proteine sources but I don't see them anywhere in the cookbooks (or I didn't read them very well).

Thanks for your help,

Fagor

You should ask this question in the "Total Six Pack Abs" Members Area. Mark has asked us not to discuss TSPA outside of that forum.
