Hi all. I've been doing carb-cycling for 3 weeks now. And I LOVE IT. I'm seeing some major progress. One thing I have wondered is about lipolysis. When you do a carb up during the week, are you leaving the fat burning state on a high carb day? Or are you just 'pausing' the fat burning? It just seems to me that when you carb-up, you would be exiting lipolysis, and then it would take another 2 days (best case scenario) to put you back into it after a carb up.
Just a thought that has been running through my melon and I'm looking for an answer!
