Hey appreciate the time anyone takes to read this so I'll just keep it short.
I just recently bought my gym membership again with the intention of getting a small bit bigger but with the main intention of getting 6-pack abs. I go to the gym 3 times a week, I am 70kg in weight, and about 5'8, 5'9 tall, looking to get some tips on a good diet for what I need for speedy results.
