He has some amazing advice that runs counter to what nutritionists say... but this guy is a retired neurosurgeon who used nutrition to stimulate nerve regrowth in patients who had brain trauma over a multi-decade career. Ultimately, Alzheimer's appears to be insulin resistance of the brain, or "Type 3 Diabetes". And you can treat insulin resistance best with -- you guessed it! -- a low-carb diet.
