No, you should mostly eat food. So, I'm not aware of a need to go low-fat on your carb-up days as part of the bulking diet, and Total Anabolism doesn't give any specific recommendations about macronutrient ratios during carb-ups. But if you want to, you can choose chicken or turkey breast, ostrich or bison, fat-free/low-fat cottage cheese, cheese or yogurt, quinoa (which is a high-ish protein grain), fish, etc.melville49 wrote:What foods do you guys eat on your low-fat/carb-up rest days?
