That's a fair comment Vanguard!

I didn't think about that one.

But like I said before it's not an exact science and it's a case of always trying different things when one thing doesn't work. I also think she needs an impartial opinion on whether her legs are too big or the right size, and at what stage she starts to increase them again.

Thanks for the advice guys..I appreciate it! Have a meeting set up with a local trainer and gym owner who is a nutritionist to see about getting me back on track and up to eating and growing again! As for the legs, I have backed off on them quite a bit. This isn't too hard to do since my right hip doesn't allow me to squat heavily without pain, I do mostly front squats, presses, and extensions.
