i have been on the mans diet for 3 weeks now.i went in to this diet with the mindset of having some fun.i love this diet.its amazing the amount of calories and healthy fat i can take in everyday.im still eating very healthy but more often.im currently keeping my carbs between 20 to 25 a day,while not paying to much attention to calories and fat(although im sure there close to what there amounts should be)for years breakfeast was nothing but eggwhites and oatmeal.now it consists of 4-5 eggs, bacon ,sweet onion,pepperjack cheese,turkey,olive oil all scrambled up together.(tastes incredible)49g protein,49g fat 710 calories,with 1 carb.my mornings start with a bang,tons of energy.sometimes i will make this at the end of the day also(8:00pm)lunches and dinner usually consists of steak,broccli, olive oil,cheese with only 5 carbs...very healthy high calorie and fat at all meals.i feel so good during the week and then i come upon saturdays carb day.i like to keep it healthy here all day.lots of whole grain past.sweet potatoes,banna,appleas,oranges,whole wheat bread....im seeing great results using this diet in only 3 weeks and im really going to enjoy the next few months.
