I just discovered the M.A.N.S. Diet and it truly sounds like an effective way to build muscle without gaining to much fat!
Now the issue that I (and probably a lot more people) have, is that I find it extremely difficult to stick to such a diet because of the time and difficulty it takes to plan out daily meal plans. Does this make me lazy?...Perhaps, but I still actively do my best to get into to great shape, and who says you have to do everything alone, right?
Therefore, I'm kindly asking someone to set up a 7 day meal plan according to the M.A.N.S. diet totaling up to 3300-3500 kcal a day.
I'm willing to pay you $15/€15 for a good 7 day meal plan or €20 if it includes recipes!! (will pay via Paypal)
Requirements:
- Shouldn't be boring, so some variation in the meals
- Relatively simple to prepare the food, I'm not a great cook
- No dinner meals (anything that requires a fork or spoon) around noon, I'm a full-time student and I just can't do that.
