Except that in Europe carbohydrate is measured directly, just like fat and protein as we do here in the states. So, the number of grams of carbohydrate listed on the package IS the net carb count. I'm pretty sure in the UK you're getting imported packs from the US, so it's labeled in the US style. Everything I can find suggests these have 3 net carbs.
