Well, started MANS yesterday. I actually feel pretty good! Not tired, no headaches, or anything like that. Just goes to show that we humans usually eat more carbs than are absolutely necessary. My workout yesterday was pretty intense, I did great. I had great focus too.
This morning I'll eat part of my Carb allotment. I did about 30g yesterday, maybe I'll do a bit less than that today. Oh, and the steak for dinner was great, too!
Mmmmm - I am seriously craving some good steak. I was able to eat it at first, but now that I am on the home stretch and reduced my fat macros - I just can't squeeze it in. A nice grilled steak will be in order as soon as I finish TSPA. I cannot wait.
Glad to hear the drop in carbs has not been impactful. I am a litle concerned about the low carbs and THT workouts....
Yeah...on MANS I'm not really counting calories, just making sure I'm eating enough protein and overall calories. IT's easy, cuz you don't have those carbs taking up the majority of your diet.
The key is to hit your workouts intense and get out of there. Don't stay in there for hours, no need to!
