My school gym is closed for four consecutive days this Thanksgiving Week. How do I adjust my MANS diet while not lifting for four days?
Should I eat low-carb and low-fat for first two days of this break, and then resume the normal carb-up period on the last two days?
Or do I eat low-carb and high fat for the first two days, but just cut back the extra calories for muscle growth and eat the amount of fat required only for maintenance?
