What are the pros and cons for the MANS and GLAD diets? Which would you suggest for me? I'm male, 6 foot 3inches and weigh about 155lbs. Since I'm kind of skinny bf% results I dont think are too accurate but I think I'm kind of toned but would like to be much more toned and bigger
