Looking for advice based on personal experiences if possible. I did TSPA last summer and got down to about 10% bf after losing about 15 lbs. I have been bulking with MANS since the start of the fall, and have almost gained back the weight - hopefully at least half is muscle! I would like to be below 10% by mid summer. I plan to go back to TSPA in the spring. Am I better off continuing the bulk until then, or adding in a mini-cut in Jan?
