60g carbs will still build muscle, but may be too high to remain ketogenic and prevent the buildup of fat due to the high-fat MANS diet. I believe a couple of musclehackers were going to try this a few months ago, but I don't remember hearing back on it. For GLAD or MANS, remain 300 calories over maintenance. Excess calories builds excess weight.
