Not hungry

Hi guys. So ive been doing mans for a while now and found it good for losing fat. Now I'd like to bulk up a bit but I am just not hungry on this diet, its amazing i just dont want to eat. I tried that massive shake thing but didnt like it that much and cant have that every day anyway. Has anyone else experienced this? I cant believe the trouble its giving me, pre-mans i could eat all day and then some. Also what are some really energy dense foods besides double cream and cheese i can prepare easily so i can eat my minimum quota for the day ? Thanks

Try eating smaller amounts more often? Just set a reminder or timer to go off every two hours and make sure you're putting something down, whether you're hungry or not. How about nuts, avocados, steak slathered in butter, bacon, hamburger?

Jeez, you people are so lucky. I could eat nothing but suet and wash it down with olive oil and never experience this appetite suppression you people speak of.
