Not lost a pound...

Wuz Up, I’m a new guy from Texas, I have been doing the Low Carb for 2 weeks now and have not lost a pound, however I have not gained either. :?: I based my diet mainly on low carb shakes, has this anything to do with it? Any advice? :?:

Well Howdy! Fellow Texan here.

Yeah, I'd say that has a lot to do with it. You're 'posta eat food, not shakes! Haven't you ever had a brisket & egg breakfast taco?! So go git yourself one, throw away the tortilla, and chow on that bad boy, baby! Seriously, now. The majority of your carbs should come from vegetables, especially leafy, green ones. So salads topped with fajita meat and moderate sour cream/guacamole/cheese are awesome. Scrambled eggs with onions, peppers, tomatoes, cheese, chorizo, bacon, barbacoa, and so on make great breakfasts too. Rotisserie chicken with spinach, collard greens or green beans. Broccoli stir-fried with shrimp. Caesar salad with salmon or tuna steak, hold the croutons. Dammit! You're makin' me hungry! :P

Take two servings of BBQ (hold the sauce) and call me in the morning.
The Spinach Assassin: Strong to the finish 'cause I eats me spinach!
Choose your own methods; you're responsible for the results of your experiment. MEMAR!
