I have no doubt that exhausting your supply of glycogen with cardio will help put you in ketosis faster. It's not that confusing. The confusing part is why I never register any ketones. I did read something since I posted about expired strips. How old were yours? They're supposed to be good for 6 months after you open them, and I've had mine for 5, so maybe I just got a bad batch...

Mine are more than 5 months old... probably more like 8 months old. So! Not sure if that's good or bad... I'll pick up some more and do another "investigation" on Sunday.... scratch that, Mothers day = lots of food... next Sunday.
