pwo on mans question...

ok i have tried the pure keto bulk but noticed my muscles fatigued and lost a lil strength so dropped it... im a big fan of high fat high protein diet.. now my question is i would like to continue my pre wo drink which has 10 carbs in it and put a lil dex in pwo shake maybe 20 grams and then the rest of the day i wont have any carbs besides trace carbs and fiberous carbs.. im 135 lbs 6% and im looking to bulk and stay lean... i know i modified the diet a lil with the pwo carbs but if figure i need a lil more energy pre and a lil xtra insulin response after... what do you think of this idea?

You can increase you carbs on MANS if 30 grams are leaving you too fatigue. I would not take any Dextrose as this is pure sugar and will trigger a insulin respones a strong cup of coffee can help also pre workout meals I find are best foumd from whole food instead of shakes.
