I have recently started a new training program (focusing more on compound rather than isolated excercises)
I just wanted to post my diet and workout plan, if anyone has any advice for me on where i might be going wrong i would appreciate the feedback. I weight 97KG.
Training consists of 4 sets (15 - 8 - 8- 6 reps)
Monday: Squat - Front Squat - Sumo Deadlift - Stiff leg Deadlift.
Tuesday: Flat bench - Incline bench - French curls - dips.
Wednesday: Barbell curl - concentration curl - rope curl - calf raises (streight/ toes in/ toes out) 1 hour of squash.
Thursday: Military press - upright row - clean and press
Friday: Bent over row - pull ups - Deadlift
Saturday: 1 hour squash
Sunday: off
Diet plan:
04:55 am Gaspari Superpump
05:30 am Gaspari Size on (while training)
08:00 am 180G Tuna & High fiber bran (fat free milk)
11:00 am Shake ( 43.4G Protein & 4.5G Carbs)
13:00 pm 250G fat free Cottage Cheese
15:00 pm Shake (43.4G Protein & 4.5G Carbs)
18:00 pm 2 medium to large chicken breasts & salad & corn on the cobb
20:00 pm Shake (26G Protein & 2.7G Carbs)
21:00 pm Bed
I'm trying to build muscle before cutting down fat but dont want to put on any more gut in the process - hense the low Carb intake.
