I did a bodybuilding show naturally in August and am trying to put on Muscle, I am putting on the excess weight as well.
I like to workout early morning should I be eating before my workout? or just post...
I know that Mark has said that he suggests against doing Cardio on top of the workout is this right? should I get rid of it all together?
I am starting the workout and diet from the book, and just had these first couple of questions.
