I am having hard time getting enough calories in on this diet. I love the food and menu and having no issue sticking with it but I am having trouble meeting my calorie needs because the fat is making me feel full and uncomfortable. I can handle it by eating leaner proteins etc. but then I wont be getting calories that I need from the fattier meats etc and food items. I dont want to go back to high carb!
Help, any advice appreciated. Losing weight and already thin.
