I think Mark mentions that you should eat maintenance calories during your STOP week. One purpose is to give your body a chance to think everything is "back to normal" and there aren't any stressors before starting up again giving it reasons to adapt.vrsandersjr wrote:This is the beginning of my 10th week and I plan to STOP next week.
