I ate 1/4 of the fries and then I was only able to eat half my dinner. I packed up the rest for lunch the next day. I was surprised by the healthy choices.

I went to the gym on Sunday to take advantage of my pumped up feeling. I had a very good workout. So, will the carb ups help me to increase my fat loss or will it just help to make me stronger and more energized?

I love(d) french fries and especially curly fries too. I was a little disappointed that I didn't enjoy eating the fries that night.
