Switching to MANS

Postby siphonemis on Wed Sep 28, 2011 8:38 am

I finished off 10 weeks of TSPA and got pretty lean (first time in 2years). Now Id like to focus more on lean mass gaining by following MANS until next year, keeping watch to not fall above 12% body fat. Anyhow, I've figured out my caloric needs, and I feel as though my daily fat needs are pretty high. I can easily hit this fat target, but I'd like your guys' input.

Lean weight=175lbs=79kg

RMR=370+(21.6x79)=2076

CALORIES BURNED FROM LIFESTYLE=1.5x2076=3114 (Finally got myself a deskjob)

EXERCISE=170

TOTAL=3114+170=3284

weekly its 22648/7=3235 daily, plus the 100-200 extra.

NEED 3335-3435 DAILY

217G PROTEIN =868 (79x2.75)
30G CARBS =120
260G FATS =2347
--------------------
=3335

So what do you guys think? Is it normal to take this much fat with MANS? With the fat content this high (higher than my protein content) I don't want to overdo it and gain some fattage :shock: . Help!
