After a month of high intensity hypertrophy training I seemed to have lost the same motivation and energy that made that month so great. During that bulking cycle I was eating 100-300 calories over my personal requirements and my protein intake was around 150g. I want to maintain my gains for a week or two until I start feeling the drive to go back to the gym.
I am 5'5 145-150?lb with 12% BF, I can do the calculations myself but I can't seem to find out how much protein is needed for maintenance. I'm going to be doing a full body workout tomorrow to prevent atrophy from starting, but I need to know how much protein I need to maintain my gains.
I'm guessing that it would be around 100/day, but I'd like to make sure I'm not off because I'd hate to start back from square one when I return to the gym.
