Taking a week off inside a 8wk cycle, how much protein?

After a month of high intensity hypertrophy training I seemed to have lost the same motivation and energy that made that month so great. During that bulking cycle I was eating 100-300 calories over my personal requirements and my protein intake was around 150g. I want to maintain my gains for a week or two until I start feeling the drive to go back to the gym.

I am 5'5 145-150?lb with 12% BF, I can do the calculations myself but I can't seem to find out how much protein is needed for maintenance. I'm going to be doing a full body workout tomorrow to prevent atrophy from starting, but I need to know how much protein I need to maintain my gains.

I'm guessing that it would be around 100/day, but I'd like to make sure I'm not off because I'd hate to start back from square one when I return to the gym.

Why would you decrease your protein intake just because your not training? I would just reduce the extra carbs and or fat calories to drop your calories to maintenance levels.

i'm afraid vanguard is correct here.
if you want to maintain the same amount of muscle, when not training for a week, you need to eat the same amount of protein that put the muscle there in the first place. don't forget muscle repair/growth happens when you are not training but resting. also carbs and fats should be adjusted if less calories are burnt and not protein which should be consumed for muscle repair and not energy to fuel a workout. :?
