My Daily diet usually looks something like this...
Breakfast- 2 eggs, 2 turkey sausages, maybe i'll throw in one slice whole wheat toast with a little butter
Snack- two slices turkey, 2 slices cheddar cheese, 8 multi-grain crackers
Pre and during workout- Xtend
Post workout- Protein shake with glutamine and creatine
Lunch- 1 cup greek yogurt Total 0% with whey protein and about 4 strawberries
Dinner- Low carb tortilla pizza with cheese, pepperoni, onions, and bell peppers
Late night snack- Halloumi cheese or lowfat cottage cheese with two strips of bacon and chives
I usually eat between 1600-1700 calories, 130 ish grams of protein, 60-70 grams of carbs and 75-85 grams of fat. Varies by day but i try to stay around those measurements. I would have no problem dropping calories but I have already notcied I'm always hungry haha. On Sundays, my rest day, I eat 200 calories less because I don't consume a post workout shake. I just eat my 5 little meals. Besides doing T.H.T 4.0, I also do kickboxing 2-3 times a week for an hour. Let me know what you think, thanks so much!
