I think considering you are on induction, your calories are way to low. More protein and way more fat. Being a man and fairly light weight, you need more. Your macro's look like mine and I am 134lbs and 16%bf. Go for the good, clean fats. This diet is one of the most enjoyable diets....so enjoy it and you will lean out aswell as pack on muscle. Good luck.

Almost forgot here is the latest on the situation.

After increasing fats / protein / water I had my first painfree workout. I was able to lift very heavy with practically no pain. My neck was a bit stiff but I hadn't worked out for a week. Last night was the second workout since being on the diet and it went even better. I did day4 of the 4 day split reccommended in Total Anabolism. It actually felt good working my self to death. I was able to do a FBW and "day4" and still keep it under 1hr(with good form). After these workouts I had a noticeable decrease in bp. I would say I am back to pre CKD levels at the moment.

Thanks again to everyone who commented and got me on the right track :)

Every single person is unique and individual. Just like a snowflake, no two are alike.

But we're enough alike that it's easy to give a few generalizations. Like "eat unlimited fat & protein your first few weeks, and it takes about 2-3 weeks to get past the 'induction flu' for most people" :)

Good luck in your journey; it's worth it for how easy the diet is to follow once you get into it!

Aid your temporary brain fog with caffeine - I started off this diet when I was in the process of reading some serious anthro-existential reports and was able to stay alert through those. Mark should suggest to start this diet in a low-stress week.

I disagree. I think he recognizes that there is no such animal, and waiting until everything is perfect means you'll never make a start. Just jump in where you are and realize that perfect is the enemy of good enough.

Caffeine is a staple of my life. I don't think I could saturate myself any further then what I use now. I bleed caffeine

The brain fog has long subsided but IMO no amount of caffeine would have helped me. This was a dumbfounded feeling not a tired feelling. Thanks for the suggestions though.
