I plan to begin a carb up saturday night but was just wondering how much time should I give between my last fatty meal and my first high carb meal. So just as an example if I ate at six a high carb meal, my first of the carb up, how many hours should I leave between that first meal and the meal prior to that one? As I would normally start a carb up on a morning I've already had my 6-9 hours of sleep so I dont concern myself then.
I know mark states somewhere that he starts his carb up on friday night through to saturday night but I dont think he mentions anything to answer my question.
