time for breakfeast

Postby pablobuds on Sun Apr 17, 2011 7:40 pm

Hi everyone, I'm new to tspa and have been doing Mans for 3 weeks. I have no problem with low carb diet. My biggest problem is getting enough calories in the day. I have no morning time to make omelett of even scrambled eggs. Anyone have quick yet calorie enough alternative??

Hi Paul, without going into too much detail - can you explain why you went to TSPA after only 3wks of MANS? I'm in my 3rd wk of mans at the moment and im following Marks 5day workout programme as best I can.

Hi, well in short I wanted to shed the excess fat(pounds) before the bulking phase of Mans. I did notice right away the benefits of mans thou. Muscles grew and strength increased. I'm about 174lbs with 18% BF. I will complete the first cycle of tspa and then return to mans for the lean bulk up cycle.

Goodluck with your efforts

One important thing is that always try to take the liquid breakfast..

Liquid breakfast is no more effective than solid. There is some truth to the benefit derived from eating soon after awakening for best gains, though, if you haven't eaten for 8 hours.
