Water consumption

Is there a point where you can over consume on water? I drink between 4-6 litres per day would this wash out any nutrients in the body?

Check you urine.If they are completely white-clear,maybe you over doing with water.If they are a bit yellow it's ok.I am drinking lots of water too.About a gallon a day...

P.S: If you are taking a multivitamin your urine could be yellow(or even orange :lol: ). The evidence that most of the sh%t in the multivitamins goes to the ocean and not your body(the bodybuilder-fish syndrome :lol: ....Anyway

Yes my urine most of the time is very clear, I dont force myself to drink I just drink when I feel I need to but maybe I'm overdoing it so I'll maybe cut down a little. Maybe late at night so I dont wake up 2-3 times a night. :lol:
