The MANS diet is geared for bulking while on a low carb high fat, high protein, The GLAD diet is a bulking phase also but is based on a more typical diet 40% of your cals come from carbs, 30% cals from protein & fats but your carb count comes from food that is on the low spectrum of the Glycemic Index (GI). The TSPA is a fat loss diet to strip that fat of your belly and see your abs e.g. Total Six Pack Abs. So when you hear people saying switching from MANS or GLAD to TSPA all it means is from bulking phase to cutting phase.

The only difference is the fat you consume. On the TSPA the fat is capped at 145 grams. Also you only carb load once a week instead of twice and the formula for the carb load is different.
