When to eat carbs on the M.A.N.S.?

I'm about to start THT volume one and go on the M.A.N.S. diet but I'm somewhat lost on what time is the best time to eat carbs? I saw that post workout could possibly counterproductive but that's when I've always eaten fruit and vegetables before. Is there a best time to eat complex or simple carbs?

Pre-workout is best given it is advantageous to have some glycogen to fuel your workout.

Thank you for your response. So I think i'm going to eat oatmeal and protein for breakfast, and then eat the rest of the carbs before my workout.

ditch the carbs all week, and have a 36 hour refeed (low fat ,high carbs) on the 14th day after starting mans and then every 5.5days after ie start saturday night eat the same sunday and then hop back on mans monday!

eating oatmeal for breakfast and carbs pre workout is counter productive during a low carb diet, if you want carbs then use the g.l.a.d diet.
