When to take progression pics? Carb-up or midweek?

I wanna take some progression pics. I'm gonna stick em down next to body fat levels and measurements each week.
When is the best time to do this? On a carb-up day or midweek during MANS?
It's a great thing when you realise you still have the ability to suprise yourself

In my personal experience if you want the most cut and definition, you take pictures when you have NOT been eating carbs for a few days, since you will retain less water. Your muscles might not be as big though, so if you want maximum size, then do it during your carb-up instead. Whichever is more important to you and your ideal level of progress I suppose.

Cheers! I think I'll take too sets of pics - definition and muscle size.

I'm on a carb atm, so off to take sum pics :)

I really like my stats and photos the day after a carb-up. Body fat percentage appears to go down, muscles appear bigger & fuller. The downside is the absolute weight on the scale goes way up too.

But then again, you don't really know if it's a progression, since a huge variable in the equation is how carbed-up and how much water you drank. Midweek isn't as ego-boosting, but it'll give you a better idea.
