Hi guys, which diet is appropriate for cutting?
I have been cutting since mid Dec. Was around 85kgs, am now 83kgs and lost 1.5" on waist and my arms asre only a tiny bit smaller. I figure what I am doing is doing fine.
Currently eating 4 meals + post workout shake with banana and some potato. I have been eating quite clean.
Currently doing sixpackshortcuts training regime and Mike's food diet but I have been going through GLAD and MANS diet and it seems interesting.
