I've read a lot about the MANS and the GLAD diet and can't decide which diet is right for me. I am 5'10" tall and weigh 150 lbs. I am a year round athlete in good shape, but i feel i am very slightly skinnier than i would like to be. I plan to start the THT training program along with one of these diets. I do not wish to gain a lot of fat, but i am worried the MANS diet is a bit of a fat burner. Since i already have about 9% body fat, I am not looking to burn fat. Any input would be great.
