If carbs make you feel sluggish and bloated, GLADS is not ideal right? I feel bloated and tired after a carb up. But on a normal day, as soon as i eat some fat, i feel good as new. Does this mean that i would not fare well on the GLADS diet?

I'm considering going over to GLAD, I have been using MANS for a while now and although I've seen improvments I think I would like to try this out. Can anyone give me any advice before I plunge in to it? Not to sure what advice but any foods to avoid completely or anything I need to know about switching back to eating that way. I've been eating low carb with carb ups for a since december, will I feel very tired in the first few days or will I notice no change in how I feel. Andrew what ratio do you use and have you noticed more improvements since being on GLAD than on MANS?

The only thing I limit on GLAD are fruits (1-2 portions a day), juices and anything with simple carbs. I eat plenty of vegetables from all colors of the rainbow though to balance the micronutritients I don't take from fruits. My energy comes mostly from rice, pasta, whole grain bread but I rarely eat potatoes. I am trying eating from all food categories in a day. The least I eat are legumes (1-2 a week)
