THT 3.1 Workout Logs

I modified the earlier THT logs for the new THT 3.1. Feel free to modify them in any way and share them again.

I put rest times based on Mark's blog post after each set in parentheses, e.g: if there should be a 4 minute rest after an overhead press set, the log will show "Overhead Press (4)". Sets with no rest after (for supersets), naturally, would say something like "DB Lateral Raises (0)".

Hope someone finds these useful! Lift heavy weights :D

Edit: I found a few typos and formatting issues on the logs in the gym today, so I just uploaded a fixed version.

Hi,

I've got a wordpress blog set up on my own hosting from wordpress.org (not wordpress.com).I'm am trying to modify the sidebar on this blog and am abit stumped on how to get around a problem.I want to get the "Recent Comments" and "Categories" to appear below the picture and opt-in form but im not sure its possible.Purely since if you go into the editor and find the sidebar code it just gives me the following code that puts the search, recent comments and categories in the side bar.

Im freaking confused :o , with the T.H.T 2.0, 3.0 & 3.1. Which one do I do? Im can’t even concentrate on my workouts thinking I’m doing the wrong one. Plz help, I’ve read Mark’s book and I think its awesome, but stupid confused. Can you plz help, just a regular Joe here trying to get size on.

hi, hows it going? i know this is an old post and maybe you have worked it out by now. in mark's last book he says stick to the routine in this book, theres no need to go through all the others as this new one covers everything. once you have cycled the routine and want a change you could always look in his other books and get a different workout, they all work great, the THT3.1 is the updated version and produces quick results.
