Just downloaded your Workout booklet (3.0) and the logs.

Hope I don't seem braindead here but...looking at these logs, I take it you do Mass Workout 1, then 2, then 3, then Consolidation workout 4, then Mass workout 5, 6 etc... ? (so 3 mass workouts, followed by a consolidation workout).

Hi Mark

I have gone from using a personal trainer who used alot of combined core exercises and mixing anaerobic/aerobics to your Anabolism 3. I have only been doing it for 3 weeks, but definitely have a difference in definition as well as strength - looking for the size gains over the next 8 weeks. I also appreciate the knwoledge you share behind your methodology. I am also doing the MANS diet for 3 weeks and have lost 6 lbs. Thanks for everything, BTW, I cannot open the .xlsx files for the workout logs and have been just using a cheat sheet, but can you please resend those in the older version of .xls?

as far as i understand and can see the mass phase is done on mon and wed (only two) and the consolidation workout is on friday, just as it says on the log. but if you do your mass workout on monday and your POP only allows you to train on thursday when ou are well rested then that means more or less you will be doing the consolidation workout again on monday. am i right in saying this? i read the book 4 times and went trough all the forums and im slowly getting the picture, the forums can also be confusing cause you have alot of people asking things that are right in front of them. please let me know if i have answered your question.

also the volume workout, the book has two 10 week cycles in it.
