I bought TSPA several days ago now and never received the password to the private forums. I have messaged a few site officials since then but I haven't heard back yet. I can provide whatever information you need to verify my purchase. Thank you in advance for whatever assistance you may be able to provide as it is greatly appreciated.

Have yet to hear back from anyone...no response via forum pm's, posts. Also tried MH on facebook, no luck. I guess I will have to ask for a refund and then repurchase the product and see if it actually gives me the password this time.

I was just skimming through "unanswered posts" on the forum and encountered this. Yes, we have admins. Yes, we moderate regularly. Yes, your question slipped through the cracks

If you don't get your TSPA activation, you have two recourses:
1. Contact Mark McManus using the "Contact" form on his web site: http://www.musclehack.com/contact-me/ . Just let him know you didn't get your TSPA activation, let him know the email address you used, and you should be golden. Carefully check your "spam" folder for the TSPA activation details, too... a lot of emailers accidentally flag fitness emails as spam!

2. Contact Mark McManus using this forum. Once again, indicate the email address you used when you purchased the program. You should have the forum access password within a day or two.

Moderators -- while we've all purchased TSPA and have the password -- ARE NOT permitted to divulge the forum password to anyone. Sorry.
