Hey, undertaker, I bet you're quite the chia pet yourself, being Greek & all! I'm married to a dago; his grandpa had hair sprouting out the top of his nose. I am so not bothered by a furry back, but I guess most people are these days... It's your life; spend it how you want to! 8-)

Chia pet means hairy hahaha?! . I am not that hairy!Normal bodyhair on chest, legs, arms. But I like shaving.
Greek women do not like bodyhair that's the truth .

Fat % loss, but it sure created a new problem for me ... stretch mark@@ I have pretty much dropped from 31 waist to 28(my body tend to store fat on lower body so) and man those stretched skin is not a nice sight. Hopefully once I replace muscle where the fat used to be it will look better :?

This has been a problem of mine for a long while now and caused many problems for me mentally, I'm getting over the fact that I have loose skin and wether my body is lower than 10% isn't going to make much difference. If you only have stretch marks then that's not to bad but I have those plus loose skin, it's very stretchy and can be pulled away from my body alot, not just over my stomach but over many parts of my body. I here people talk about how it could be more fat but unless they have the problem themselves I doubt they can make a good analysis of it. I'm sure some peoples skin stretches back over time but others dont. There is someone on youtube who I recommend you watch his videos becuase of the advice he gives on low carb plus many recipes, he also talks about his own weight loss and loose skin and how even getting below 10% body fat didn't help the skin.

wow I certainly gotten more response than i anticipated  But yeah the stretch mark scars are quite obvious on my legs(and unfortunatly butt), been trying vitamin E oil but that sure is a large area to cover @@ I think i will check out the cream that's mentioned above, it's gotta be more economical than the V-E oil

You could always just get in a fight with and kill a grizzly bear, make sure its claws hit the stretch marks, and then if you catch people looking just casually say "Yeah, well, there was this time when I was hiking...".

Go tanning, it really darkens up the skin and makes them less apparent. also mederma works really well for scars.

hi there,
You would do well to try ROSEHIP OIL. My wife has been telling me its the most effective
thing shes come across Ive seen it get 2 quite severe cases of ezetma under control in a week
and she says its really good for strech marks. Early this year I was burned quite badly
on the stomach by boiling water and being a chef by trade we usually just ignore burns
not this time though 20cm blister fromed and poped took over a month to just get to
a non pain stage and then after that I was left with a large greyish black scar
about as ugly as you get.almost gone though using this oil.
