Help! Everytime I try to download the " Total Anabolism" book my computer goes crazy and I have to shut it down to stop it. I did the "Zip" thing; what do I do now?

I am not sure what you mean by "did the 'Zip' thing." So, do you have a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, and an extractor program such as WinZip or Stuff-It Expander installed? Do you have a file on your computer called Total Anabolism!.zip?

If so, you should be able to double-click the Total Anabolism!.zip file icon and that should launch the extractor program to extract the e-book. When that is done, you are usually taken to the file location of the thing you just extracted. In this case, it should be Total Anabolism!.pdf. Then if you double-click that file icon and it should open your PDF reader and display the e-book's contents.
