Favorite - Chest; exercise - any. Because I always feel I need extra work for that bodypart.

Least Favorite - Legs; exercise - Leg Press. Makes me dizzy to push that hard that intensely. I also prefer Hack Squats or Machine Squats to Regular Squats because I'm afraid of crashing to the ground trying to get the last rep.

Also, I hate two back exercises; deadlifts and pulldowns because of grip issues. I have straps, but they kill my wrists. It's also really hard to get the second strap wrapped one-handed. Maybe hooks would help. Strangely, I like rowing exercises, though, so it's really just those 2 exercises. I do them anyway. but I hate them.

Favorite body part - biceps and chest

favorite exercises - bench press n bicep curls

because: it feels great when you do more presses than you could do last week and know that all your work was not for nothing. getting larger biceps should be self explanatory

Favourite exercises at the moment Dumbell bench press and reverse grip single hand tricep pushdown (or pulldowns becasue of the reverse grip)

I have a damaged left shoulder and barbell bench really agrivates it, whch is s bitch bcause i used to love barbell bench. Reluctantly i changed over to dumbell bench wih a sligt incline, which dosn'e bother my shoulder at all. I noticed i get a much better feel for the chest muscles with the dumbells and i have really taken to them now. Can't lift as heavy with the dumbells but i just don't care any more, i just love the exercise :)

With the reverse grip cable push down i get a really great pump in the whole of the tricep region and can feel the muscle from start to finish.

Don't really have a least favourite exercise at the moment. I used to hate squats. I have poor flexibility in the hips and feet and always struggled with squats, but i just kept pushing and while i may not the be best squatter i have learned to really enjoy doing them.

Well, I guess a more appropriate question for me is which workout do I like best, because I combine workouts to make room for cardio. One day I dedicated to legs, the other day shoulders due to the high number of exercises required. My third workout combines chest, arms, and backs. 3 workouts comprise the whole body, which allows 4 days of the rest of the week to dedicate to cardio. I am a natural bodybuilder that has a developed physique so the only thing lacking is the shredded look, which requires alot of cardio. I prefer the third workout because it is the easiest. Shoulders require strict form and legs, well, legs are the biggest muscles in your body. And I also like to show off when I bench. There it is, my favorite exercise must be the bench press.

Favorite workout: Legs
Why? It is what separates men from boys...those serious about their development from the gym rats. I feel these movements test my resolve and are better for full body development (when done right!!!) more than anything else.

Favorite exercise: Squat/Deads ...very close but I like the squat a bit more.
Impossible is a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they’ve been given than to explore the power they have to change it.
