Just wanted to say thank you for the good info, tools, and site! I have been reading along in the book and emails for a while now. We have been working out like fools and getting good results. I figured it would be nice to communicate on here about it.
I do have one question though... When doing some exercises, my elbows click at a certain position every time. What is that? Should I limit my range of motion or work through it and hope some day it stops. It is not really uncomfortable, just annoying.
