Alright, I know this is a short one, but I am going to follow an atkins induction style diet along with my normal lifting routine over the next 7 weeks.
I am anticipating a higher rate of fat loss, hopefully arcing out to around 15 pounds by Oct. 31. I am going to for go cream in my coffee, any form of sweetener, etc. This will solely be meat and veg. and protein-creatine-L-glutamine run.
I lift legs/back Saturday, Chest/Tri Sunday, HIIT runs Monday, Back/Bi Tuesday, Wednesday off, Core Thursday, HIIT runs Friday.
Anyone else want to join in on a quick fall challenge?
